Chicken is rich in protein, which helps build your muscle. The chicken recipe cooked with minimal oil and spices is very good for dieting people. The recipe I have cooked is easy that anyone can cook. This recipe is specially made for beginners. The cooking method I used is very easy and the outcome is tastier than the professional cooks. Chicken is the main course of all non-veg lovers. Everyone loves to eat chicken in any form as biryani or gravy or fry. Possibly you can cook a delicious and variety of chicken recipes at your home.

Ingredients for #ChickenFryRecipe

* Chicken - 400 gms * Onion - 1 * Tomato - 2 * Chilli Powder - 2 Spoons * Cumin Powder - 1/2 Spoon * Turmeric Powder - 1/4 Spoon * Salt - as required * Water - as required



Method of Preparation 

  • Marination - Take a bowl - add the chicken pieces, 1 spoon of chilli powder and salt and mix everything together. Marinate for 30 minutes.
  • Turn on the stove 
  • Place a pan and add 5 spoons of oil.
  • Fry the marinated chicken pieces in the hot oil for 5 minutes on medium flame.
  • Empty the chicken pieces from the pan and add 1 finely chopped onion and saute well.
  • Add 1 finely chopped tomato and saute well.
  • Add the spices powders - 
    • chilli powder - 1/2 spoon
    • Turmeric powder - 1/4 spoon
    • Cumin powder - 1/2 spoon
    • salt - 1/2 spoon
  • Saute everything until the raw smell goes off.
  • Add very little water and cook for 2 minutes, once it is cooked mash everything well.
  • Now, add the fried chicken pieces and fry for 2 minutes.
  • Add water as required, cover and cook for about 15 to 20 minutes on medium flame.
  • Fry the chicken until the oil separates from the pan.
Our delicious chicken fry is ready to serve.
