Ingredients for #MurungaiKeerai


* Drumstick Leaves (Murungai Keerai) - 100 gms
* Onion - 1
* Dried Chillies - 2
* Eggs - 2



Method of Preparation

  • Turn on the Stove.
  • Place a thick bottom Kadai
  • Add 3 spoons of oil
  • Add 1/2 spoon Mustard seeds and once it splatters add 2 dried chilies and fry
  • Add 50 gms of shallots and saute well
  • Add drumstick leaves and saute for 5 minutes on medium flame
  • Break two eggs and saute well once the spinach is cooked well. (Eggs can alter the bitter taste of drumstick leaves).
  • A Healthy and Tasty Murungai Keerai Poriyal is ready to serve.
