At present we have the politicians but not the trained leaders. The demises of Atal Bihari Vajpayee is a great loss because we have lost the great guidance to our nation. Born on: 25th December 1924.
Party name: Bharatiya Janata (1980 - 2018)
Served as: Prime Minister, member of Indian Parliament & Member of Parliament for Lucknow. Also served as minister of external affairs in the cabinet of prime minister Morari Desai.
Founder and Head: Bharatiya Janata Sangh in the year 1968. When the party collapsed he reformed that as Bharatiya Janata party in the year 1980.
Tenure period of PM: 13 days in 1996, 11 months from 1998 to 1999 and 5 yes from 1999 to 2004.
Awards: Recipient of highest civilian award Bharat Ratna in the year 2015 and also the second highest civilian award Padma vibhushan in the year 1992 for his exceptional and distinguished service. And also received many other awards for his contribution.
